The rooms were well-organised and new-fashioned and included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television etc. Besides, the location was great and perfect for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Cukurbag Peninsula.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and fabulous, which we really liked. the stunning location by the sea, along the jagged rocks and close to Kas island, was breathtaking. being just 3 km away from Zamzam Well added to the charm. our experience was perfect.

Really enjoyed my fantastic stay for 7 nights. I had the double room which was heated and modest with med view. The hotel was in a stunning position adjacent to the Greek Island, and the sea. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a cubical shrine.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at Lycia Hotel from the moment I checked in. the hotel's secluded location right on the shore was amazing. it was conveniently close to fresh bread, cheeses, vegetables, olives, hot baked dishes, jams.

The breakfast is enjoyable and fantastic with a lot of dishes. Very good staff provides excellent service. It has a stunning and awesome location close to the marina in downtown Kas and the seaside.

Secluded location with stunning views and a beautiful garden. Spacious rooms with terraces or balconies overlooking the sea. Excellent service from the owner, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
